There are 3bar cosworth ones (2 bar absolute) which only allows 7psi (.5bar) more than oe and there is is also a 4bar one available

I would check with flea as didn't he recently map a cosworth to 32psi? which is over 2bar (absol) pressure so maybe it had the higher 4 bar sensor

what he said - 3bar absolute - 2 bar gauge

but there is a 4 bar absolute that is available (3 gauge), I guess the resolution will be lower but I am not sure how much of a issue this would be. Vas used to have one but I havn't seen him around for a while.

hi saint.... Long time no speak.. smile
i'm definitely not going above 2 bar boost so the 3bar absolute will be fine!
probably won't get above 1.7 bar... Depends if the turbo is still efficient up that high?
as you know i'm not entirely sure to the EXACT spec of my compressor wheel? smile

But... if you put a 3-bar sensor in, you're going to have to map instantly - it probably won't even idle well. The one that's in there will give a 0-5v reading for 0-2.4 bar, so a touch under two volts at atmos. A 3-bar sensor will give only about 1.7v at atmos; without recalibration in the ECU it's going to believe there's less pressure than there actually is. It's going to be pretty lean...

I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here - but just in case anyone's reading that hasn't thought about this!
