Keenly waiting for vids and pics, what time you guys get back then?

Yeah bout RMJ, it wasnt good news at all..poor chap lost compression in cylinder 5 and split oil pipe..so off the road. He was truly down, but in better spirits now.

hey biggenz, how you get along in your mota..its a sweet coop with lovely seats and I might just invest in a similar steering wheel ;-)

Sorry I was not there - my little one decided to vomit everywhere last night, so that was another trip down to A&E.

Probably just as well as the roads were still wet.

Marco - apologise to your mate for me. Put him in touch with me and I'll sort him out with a passenger ride some other time. smile

It was a good night indeed. With the next one, I would like to do mostly motorway driving as it's too busy in London.

Iain showed us some nice tunnels though!!

Nazo, typically on the night where we are supposed to have some fun, my car developed a misfire! Guess I should threaten it with the can of petrol and matches again!!

Hi,

just a quickie to say thanks to Iain for arranging the route and anybody else involved, I have trouble finding the way out of my road so would have been hopeless at organising something like this..... that Alfa sounded awesome in the tunnels!!!

If I'm honest, I won't be doing it again through London roads/tunnels.

There's too much traffic and you don't get to really drive the car, so quiet A roads all the way!

the only way to do this again is to do it early sunday morning , when there is no traffic and you can have a good blast and keep hold of everyone , i will have to work out how to put the route on to a tomtom so we don't loose everyone and end up waiting for people to get to the next meeting point but i will arrange another london tunnel run early next year .

The old bill and the local residents are already up in arms about tunnel runs through it and monitoring the cameras in the tunnel very closely. There have been a lot of idiots going through in the first few weeks since it opened.

I would wait a while until things have calmed down first.
