Well it seems it's started already: First signs of snow And the media are already going into panic stations : There were falls of up to an inch (2.5cm) of snow in some areas of north-east England (bolding copied direct from website) Just waiting for the stories now of stuck handbrakes, blizzard-like conditions as perhaps a whole 1.5 inches of snow falls And lest we not forget the tale of the little Punto who could, going where 4x4's dared not tread to rescue a small child

Well Thursday night I went out to do a bit of mountain biking, it was raining at home but snowing on the tops. Bit grim but good fun. Today its snowing at home. Quite heavy.

Well, Bristolian Facebookers are already abuzz by the 1-2 inches we have received here. I will have to make not of the women's names if that gets them excited. I may have found my ideal woman

Top of the Pennines, massive let down. Scabby bit of snow, not more than an inch. Bloody UK - it's just one massive let down after another - I wanted a snow day!

Just come back in from the beach, still nothing here......I'll check the forecast for tomorrow though. Simon, our postman, has the day off today. Yesterday he said he was off to the coast today to go windsurfing if the roads were clear. Somehow I doubt if he has made it. I had a good snowball fight in the back garden with my grandson too.

We must all do our part for the planet. I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

i was dreading taking the coop out today, i fitted some uniroyal rainsport tyres a couple of months ago and wow the traction they gave was brilliant had no trouble at all even on the back roads cant say they same for my wifes corolla. She got stuck on a hill where as i just ploughed my way up the hill and straight into my garage.
