Despite the rain some nice steeds out and about in Coventry yesterday..... 2010 all black Gallardo Spyder on the A444 near the Ricoh. Then a lovely 360 Modena Spyder in Allesley. Not my favourite Fezza but this one was freshly polished and had a Tubi-style exhaust. Sounded love

Maybe not that rare, but I saw an original Peugeot 205 1.9GTI yesterday in dark metallic blue. The driver and I exchanged a thumbs up. One of the best early hot hatches IMO.

I do love 80's hot hatches. The dark metallic blue looks great on the GTi.

There's a white F plate GTi rolling around Southsea. It's driven by an old boy and is completely standard. I'm often tempted to ask if he'll sell it!

Seems ridiculous to be saying this given the thousands they made but I've just seen a mint Red MG Metro going through Warwick.... Can't remember the last time I saw one!

Nice example of a Giardiniera, Barnacle. Have not seen one on the road for years now, although a mate has one in a shed almost finished restoring.

Jaw-droppingly gorgeous.

I don't understand the "How alive are you?" strapline here.
F Type Videos

Should it be something like "Are you alive?"

"How many times a week do you play golf?" would be OK I guess?

Saw a BAC Mono SuperVettura yesterday, but only at the garage selling it (just up the road from Surrey Rolling Road) not out on the road frown

To say they are overpriced is frankly ridiculous although they are delivered direct from Toyota to Gaydon as Black/White or Red IQ's, stripped, resprayed and re-trimmed totally. The main buyers are those already purchasing Vantage, Vanquish, Rapide for their partners........
Don't half turn heads though....not always for the right reason...........

I(nteresting spot yesterday in Chelmsford - the Citroen version of the Peugoet 104ZS, the "shortie" 104. They were also badged as Talbot Samba (my brother had one back in the day). About as long as a smart

Saw one of those renault twizzlers - or whatever they're called. Bloody silly thing... pouring with rain, some sort of window but a huge gap at the back and the driver was dressed for a climb up the Matterhorn. Still looked cold though.

Porsche 944 on the Dorking bypass today...now before you all shout They are getting rarer to spot than coupes - this is the first '44 I've seen on the road in over a year - the bonus was that I was in my own 944 and yes he did wave :-)
