You should speak with Leighton (Flea) - he had a 3076 for a while and didn't like the lag. It was quick (just over 500bhp IIRC) but the power band was too narrow for a road car
I'm running a 3071 with a 0.64ar turbine housing - its on the limit of lag for my tastes, but it's still good for nearly 500bhp. It starts to spool at just under 3k rpm an delivers full boost by about 3600. (still giving full boost at the redline of 7600) Whereas I like the 3076, get 0.5bar by 2500rpm, 1bar by 3000rpm and full boost by 4000rpm, but I reckon it would be sooner if Leighton hadn't mapped it for a more progressive rate of delivery

will have 7.5-1 forged pistons and rods 1mm oversize valve head 3 angle valve seats ported head high lift cams ... tubular exhaust manifold evo7 intercooler .motec ecu... what would the powerband be on the turbo Who did all the work for you?

Don't know if the stock idle valve has enough bypass duty but a bit of mild antil lag on a calibration switch as a function of gear position should do the trick and not cause any issues if its setup properly.
