I've managed to get one these new fangled strut brace things after 13 years of owning my Coupe. Question is, once fitted at either end, how tight does it need to be tightened up on the adjuster? All advice gratefully received

My top and lower braces are both tight and haven't done any damage to the bolts over the last 3 years but when I say tight not over tight but locked so there isn't any movement .
