Just watched fantastic in car footage with Vettel driving. The best I have ever seen, really showing what the driver is going through.

I understand about track limits but why is it only on certain corners? Surely if your off the track on any corner you have exceeded the track limits.

It needs to be made clearer, The same for a handball in football, 'intentional' or 'ball to hand'. If the ball touches the hand 'handball' if you exceed the track limits '5 second penalty'.
Rant over.

Looking forward to the continuing Merc battle - will there be revenge booing from the British crowd? I hope not. @battle: me too Friends @booing: Nico stood up bravely

I'm afraid that I went to sleep shortly after Rosberg overtook Verstappen for second place and woke up just before the booing started.
The part I did see, as the track was drying was interesting with some great catches.
16VT and X1/9 1500
We must all do our part for the planet. I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using. I even unplugged my own.

sorry..........zzZZZzzzz was there a race on today? Yes - it was fairly processional, but it was worth watching the entire race, just to see Max drive round the outside of Nico

The moths all seem to have twitter accounts too!
Boring race, safety car should have been in 3 laps earlier, some good catches and not in turn 1.
Maxs overtake was brilliant

I though Lewis was going to shunt the pace car. Very close thing. He said he was adjusting his brake bias as the back's were cold and realised he had very little bite.
All done I think it was a fair GP.
The drivers were buzzing about the Silverstone atmosphere, goes to show how good and healthy the sport is in the uk.

Good question, how did you know on your sofa that it wasn't appropriate?
I gave my point of view, I'd rather have seen the drivers try hard that drive round behind the safety car. They've run free in worse conditions. Please don't patronise me, I'm sick of reading patronising comments. You could have made your point without coming across it such a way.

I can't even try to imagine what it must be like to control an F1 car in the wet. Last year I went very very light on track at over 100mph in the wet. It got my attention very quick.

Exactly - I drove at Snetterton in a very wet race earlier this year - the car snapped sideways on the straight just changing into a high gear. I only have 185bhp. A mate of mine pretty much totalled his car at Goodwood on the straight in similar conditions.

A wasn't on my sofa I was sat beside the track looking at lots of standing water having walked through tipping rain to get to my seat. I've raced quite a few times in similar weather - the last lap at Snetterton (on a drying track) there were 7 cars off the track. That's first-hand experience. I wasn't patronising you. I just gave my point of view. I've read it again and still don't see it as patronising. I'm sorry if you see it that way.
