Did someone corner balance his 20VT or just measured how much weight rear wheels support????
I'm removing OE rear subframe, making new strut towers and need to know some info about...

Strut towers are (hopefully still) available from John Snijders fastjjs@gmail.com 80 euros a set (2 presumably) plus shipping click to enlarge

From the records i have, it is 451kg & 455kg for corners at the front and 221kg & 249.5kg for the rears.

Total weight 1372.5kg

Front weight 902kg (65.7%)
Rear weight 470.5 (34.3%)

I will use original 156's rear struts cause same rear dampers will be used.
A lot of welding involved but it worth saving 60kg from the rear...adjusting rear toe and camber also possible....huge range of anti-roll bars can be used as well......
Almost finished,just need to sort out longitudinal arm chassis mounting points......

My thinking was that the best handling coupe would be even weight on the front corners and even on the back,then we go and spoil it by putting a driver and passenger of different weights in the car.

Actually when you are making corner weight adjustments, you need to scale it with the driver, fuel amount that you would most likely be running, and any other additional equipment
