Well I’m going to get my engine forged with joe soon , crank , pistons , rings , ect what else to I need before engine goes back in obviously upgraded clutch what about injectors ? And fuel pressure regulator , will I need to upgrade turbo ?

If you are going forged, are you going to up the power or stay the same? If you want more power, then you are going to need bigger turbo, FMIC, cams, different head gasket, larger injectors, different exhaust manifold, larger downpipe / exhaust. Fuel pressure reg. would go to a 3bar one, so take one from a 20vt

Wider cambelt kit and balance shaft delete... these should be first... maybe new oilsprays (if old Are leaking below 1.2-1.5bar) ..

I'm out of date on the turbo's available now, so unable to comment on that. Injectors you would probably want to look around the 600-750cc for them, but you will need to do research into this and how much head room you want, but ideally you do not want to be maxing out the injectors at your power level. You will also need to consider if you keep the standard ECU, who will remap it as the injectors will need to be fitted when being mapped.
