After a bumpy ride, we completed on our house yesterday. One of the things we want to do is to build a shed/office in the garden, but the space is currently occupied by another, smaller shed that we want to move from its concrete base to another part of the garden. We hoped to slide/manhandle the shed along the paving (it's ony about 6ftx6ft, but there's a snag: The previous occupant has fitted a ground anchor through the floor of the shed, into the concrete base to secure his motorbike. The shed definitely predates the anchor.
It looks like a simple eye atop a flat plate about 5" square, but I can't see how it's secured. There are no obvious screws/bolts/fixings around the plate, but they might be hidden by thick yellow paint. I can't see how it would have been concreted in, because the plate sits on the shed floor so the hole cut for it can't be very big.
I'm expecting to have to grind it off, but wondered if there were any tips from the Forum Brains' Trust.

the logic is that once a motorbike is attached, it'll be pretty tough to undo! That was my thinking, Jim. That’s how a lot of locking solutions work - it’s only secure when “locked” Fingers crossed for you
