We will need to know where we are meeting up by Friday evening as dear old mum has no internet access and where she lives I doubt there will be a kind neighbour within range who has an open wi-fi to "borrow" with the laptop.

Guys, Lets try and firm this up. Can you use the car park at Dunottar Castle without paying? (Not that Im being tight - just that there is no point in paying if we are just going to use the car park).. What time is good for people 2pm? Let me know MrF - I can PM you my mobile number that way if anything changes (ie weather etc) I can let you know

You can use the carpark, yes. However, it isn't very big and with it being a Sunday afternoon might be fairly busy. Might be good as an initial meeting place though then everyone will find it easily.
If it's a nice day, I'd suggest sitting down the harbour for a drink (and bit to eat if anyone fancies it).

The car park down in Stonehaven might be a better bet, or on the Seafront as there is loads of parking? I'm going to use this as an exscuse to get out of packing for a few hours, so I should be there

PM sent Tartandude with the info required. MattB`s suggestion about grub sounds good so meeting where we can have a pint and some food will be cool. Any suggestions from the Stonehaven massive.

How about the Ship Inn on the harbour front, looks good food, tables outside too if by some slim chance the sun decides to shine.

I'll pass on the food, but I'll be there. Craig, shall we have a mini convoy? Che, I take it you're having lunch so you'll be heading down earlier.
