Just been reading the some of the sound proofing threads as Im about to change the fronts I thought Id go for some Wickes or B&Q roofing stuff. However having never done this before I thought I'd check how and what exactly do you do?
Is there a 'how to anywhere'?
Pinin youve recently done yours any chance you could post up a guide?

The rear side panels did the most for me, felt like i halfed the noise just by proofing these! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> (as they are just plain 3mm of shit plastic, then the rearwing!)
