I`m after a bit of symmetry for the back of my coop. I can`t decide which would be best.

1) The reversing light replaced with a rear fog light.

2) The rear fog replaced with a reversing light and a red LED bulb in for the fog light.

3) Spray both bottom lenses with red tinting spray.

I`m assuming the first 2 options will be possible as i wouldn`t have thought there would be a big difference in the light fittings, just possibly the connector plugs would be different. Any opinions?

Yeah something like that. Are the lights just a straight swap or will i have to make up new connectors for them confused .

I have been thinking of something similer
having 2 reversing lights and changing the rectangular reflectors at the bottom of the bumper to fog lights.

You'll still need reflectors though.

Cowboy, where's your reverse light?

I've seen a German Coupé fitted with 4 red rear lights.
He resolved the 'reverse light' issue by mounting the bumper-units from the FIAT barchetta idea

You could have a thin strip reverse light either side of the number plate?

You dont need a reverse light for an MOT. I havent had one for 3 years. The other thing Im missing is a fog light. But luckily the MOT tester is ok wink

I've run with 2 rear fogs for nearly a year now, no probs with MOT passing smile
It looks good when they are wired up and makes the car more vissible in the fog.
You will need to drill 2 new holes in each light mounting to fit them though.

Two Fog Lights

Thing it evens up the rear end.

If Im reversing into the drive at night I just put the fog lights on, more than enough light smile

Did you put your lights in upside-down deliberately Jimbo crazy ?

I think i`m gonna try the 2 reversing lenses first with LED bulbs (1 red and 1 white) as i need a good bright light for reversing into my drive as it`s quite narrow and my security light doesn`t light up the bits i need to watch out for rolleyes .
