the thought of modding a 80,000 mile, 8 year old car just seems to scare me keep it that way - its a very slippery slope I'm still modding a 9 year old 171,000 mile car and I keep finding new things to do to it (forged rods in a couple of weeks, HIDs next week) 31mpg is very good

380 miles is good, I'd be happy with that.

I manage around 28MPG on my daily commute but that goes down a bit if I “hoon” around at the weekend (love that hoon word ) On two occasions I have managed over 500 miles to the tank at 40mpg And that is without a 6th gear. Had the cruise control stuck in wife mode
