You need to replace the lines, and join them together, but you can use a dual circuit valve adjuster, with 2 lines, chances are the lines will have to come inside. I used braided lines from the cylinder to the rear, but I hear that is not MOT allowed, many of the other competitors have copper hard lines inside to rear, a cheaper way, but you'll need a flare tool to put the fittings on. As most owners cars are lowered the brake bias will already be more rear-ward as the std valve will think the car is laden at the rear. In the dry you'll want virtually no rear bias, in the wet its the opposite. Tilton valves are pressure sensitive so alter the bias depending on pressure - sounds fancy but pretty sure its just std hydraulic principles with rate of change of pressure.
