just had a bit of a nightmare fitting my new skirts... i used tigerseal.. and that did pretty much nothing but make a mess and then it rained they lined up perfectly no gaps or anything but they just wouldnt stick.
i cleaned the surface before hand ..
how do i fit these little fccukers ? as im at my wits end
When I had mine I riveted the skirts on the filled over the rivets before spraying (The skirts had been sprayed prior to installation) Don't like glue much
Looking alot better Blue20vt. Can i just ask, did yours have the lip on the inside, the bit you put your glue on possibly at the top on the inside, because my lip seemed to make fitting them so difficult, i even shaved off most of the lip on the second one with a stanley knife.
If you have any time could you take a shot of yours from the rear and front running down the side, so i can see how far yours stick out.
I fitted mine and thought they looked right, then i saw this pic of Dan_S car and thought they wernt sticking out as much as mine but i couldnt get them in any more than they are.
