Dear All,

This is my Tipo, i got it a year ago. It is basic 1.4 model.

It starts like this

Then i just added new rims & tires

And my Engine Bay was like that

So, it needs some spice in the heart smile

This is the donor Marea 20V HLX

So, we started to clear things out laugh. it needs lots of removal action.

2nd day starts " it will be a long day "

Techs made some disassembly while i was in work.

and some bad news was waiting me.

1. A/C rad is damaged

2. Coolant rad is also damaged

3. Lots of rust every where & the Alternator is burned & stucked frown

Lots of parts was out

But disassembly never ends. we need to take all of the donor parts out.

We stuked when we tried to change the pedals assembly. sick :@ it didt want to move by any force we applied frown.
After some mins thinking a brilian idea got on the way.
We need to heat and burn the adhesive silicone :), and it worked.

After solving this, we start assemble things inside the cabin.

At the end of the day 4:00 am, we were exhausted , but we were able to park the engine - its really heavy, inside the store.

and put the remaining from the donor half a side.

At this moment, day 2 finished and next day it was my long trip to gather all damaged and missed parts...

So, after long days searching for parts...

My list was growing larger and larger..

1. Coolant Radiator.
2. A/C Radiator
3. Engine drive belts - they are rare here. frown
4. Engine right mount
5. Engine upper right mount
6. Alternator
7. Timing belt & bearings
.
.
I was really missed up .. but No Pain No Gain laugh smile

The only thing i did was brake pipes to connect between my car original pipes and the ABS unit from the donor vehicle..

and few work was done..
